Hi, I’m Irene—Fruit Whisperer, Flavor Curator, and Culinary Artist.
What started as a simple love for fresh fruit blossomed into a full-blown passion for turning nature’s sweetest gifts into jaw-dropping displays. After sharpening my skills in culinary school and training alongside top celebrity chefs, I knew I didn’t just want to cook—I wanted to create edible art.
Through FruitArt USA, I transform fruit into centerpieces that wow—from intricate carvings to grand displays that steal the spotlight at weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and everything in between. I also offer private chef services for intimate gatherings and special occasions where flavor and presentation matter most.
My work has graced TV screens and magazine pages in the U.S. and Africa, but more than press, it’s the joy on people’s faces that drives me.
